I just got a Ninja Woodfire Pizza oven. Everyone online seems obsessed with a certain Vito’s pizza videos, but it took me three days to make the dough. Used some last night and we found it disappointing!

I will say the Ninja oven kicked butt, the pizza was perfect in 2.5 minutes. Your dough-forming instructions are fantastic, gonna give it another go tonight with the remaining dough. Thanks!

Wood fired at 900 and comes out 90 seconds consistently perfect. I use caputo 00 pizzeria and caputo lievito yeast. Thank you!

Hi Luis, if you’re looking for a sourdough recipe, that can be found by clicking here.

But in general for sourdough, you would prove the starter first before adding the remaining ingredeients (flour, water, and salt) to form the main dough. Cheers

Hi Greg, yes you can use table salt or finely grind some coarse salt. Thanks

Thanks
